A clear community standard helps make dinners welcoming, safe and worthwhile for everyone.

1. Respectful conversation

Treat fellow members, restaurant staff and hosts with courtesy. Make room for different perspectives and avoid discriminatory, threatening, harassing or humiliating behavior.

2. No pressure or unwanted pitching

Founders Dining Club is built around genuine conversation. Do not pressure other members to buy, invest, hire, share contacts or participate in any opportunity. Ask before following up with someone outside an event.

3. Privacy and confidentiality

Do not share another member’s personal details, business information, comments or photographs outside the group without their permission. Respect any confidentiality request made during a conversation.

4. Consent and safety

Respect personal boundaries and consent. Follow venue rules and host instructions, and do not engage in behavior that makes others feel unsafe.

5. Raising a concern

If you experience or witness conduct that concerns you, contact the club at join.fdclub@gmail.com. The club should review concerns fairly and may restrict participation where necessary to protect the community.
